Enos Properties can build a timber house, on your own plot, with Swedish or Finnish timber, fir or pine drying rack, marine plywood lining and Isomat thermal facade.
The construction of the roof will be done with the same timber. Wooden cladding, and thermal insulation will be installed, waterproofing and Roman-style tiles. Internally all walls will be clad with 12mm OSB timber and mineral wool insulation in all interior spaces as well as spatulated and painted plasterboard.
The ceiling inside the house will be made with plasterboard metals, plasterboard, and mineral wool insulation. The residence can be delivered within a schedule of 30 days on the condition that there will be a building permit and its foundation will be built.
